WHY MY TEAM WILL WIN.

THE STARTERS

Karl Malone is the most dominant player to ever play for the jazz, who played fundamentally sound basketball, who played with a competitive edge and worked harder then anyone in the game. No one on One Love's team would stop the mailman.

One Love might talk about how good Gobert is, but this would be a tough matchup. Simply put Malone was every bit the freak Gobert is and more. Malone was as mobile and even faster then Gobert while also having the power and bulk, also Gobert would have a hard time staying out of foul trouble, as Malone averaged 11ft's a game which would force him to be less aggressive on defense. If he puts Millsap on Malone, Malone might drop 50 on Millsap.

After Malone I have the other Malone who is the second best offensive player on both lineups. His best year he averaged 20 a game and was deadly in the 4th quarter.

This is a deadly 1-2 punch that One Love can't overcome. On top of that I have Green playing the point. Lightning quick pg that was a great playmaker that will get in the paint setting up both Malone's with easy shots.

Ostertag and Jefferson round out my starters Jefferson was lights out as a three point shooter and provides space for Karl and Jeff Malone. Gobert might be the second best rim protector to play for the jazz. Ostertag is the third and earned a big contract thanks to his defense in the playoffs. Ostertag always played his best ball in the biggest moments in the most important playoff games.

THE BENCH

Another reason I will win is my bench is far superior to One Love's bench.

Foye is another floor spacer. (41%3pt shooter). He played mostly sg for Utah, but let's face it. Corbin had him playing out of position. Much more comfortable guarding pg's. Anderson, Millsap, and Evans will play great defense and make tons of hustle plays.
Schayes is probably the best backup big in this draft. A good defender who can also score inside and in the midrange.

Honestly, I destroy one love in every facet of the game I don't think any of these games will be that close, and in favor of my team. I see this as a 4 game sweep. After Millsap and Hood there isn't a guy that can create there own offense and isn't that much fire power.

OL has a solid starting five and they'd still get killed. Add in the fact that thee's bench is better and it would be an annihilation.

There shouldn't have one vote against him in this tourney.

I'll vote against him in every matchup to give the other team a chance. :D

Not surprised Cy voted for one love. Very Cy thing to do. Little shocked stoked voted against me. That will teach me not to pm him asking for the votes to be stickied

Honestly, I didnt even look at your team. I think I had just looked at Hack vs. WC's team and I was amazed at how much better OL was than theirs and I just thought your team would suck like the rest of the teams. I shuld have probably voted for you.

Basically anyone who drafts Karl Malone should win any all-time Jazz draft.

The problem is with only 8 teams the guy taking Malone can easily build a pretty good team around him.

A 12 team competition would even out things a bit more, but unlike the NBA All Time Draft, there are just not enough Jazz players to go around sadly.

I suspect this might be the 1st and the last time we have this competition as the team taking Malone automatically gets a free pass pretty much.
