Okay, so everyone now seems to know what pick they have. This is a snake draft so every two rounds will be in the following order.
Round One
1. White Chocolate
2. Ellis269
3. Thee Jazz Fan

Again, construct the best 10 player team possible. Chemistry is a must. The goal is for your team to beat any and all of the other teams being drafted.
Once a team/user/owner is on the clock (it's their turn), they have up to 24 hours to make their pick. The quicker the better but a 24 hour maximum time period will be allotted. Once 12 hours have passed, I (or someone else can too) will PM the team/user/owner who has not yet picked to make them aware that they've been on the clock and that upon the 24th hour, there time will be up. If 20 (yes, 20) total hours has elapsed without a pick being made, I/spy/hack will PM fish or franklin (they'll alternate turns) to have them pick someone for the team who did not make their pick. Once that pick is made by the surrogate, we will still wait it out a little longer until the full 24 hours is up so that if the actual team/user/owner does return to make their selection at the last second, they can draft the player they want, thus nixing whoever fish or franklin drafted. Obviously, they could agree with the pick too and not nix it. If for whatever reason, no one has picked during the 24 hours, the next team in the draft order is up and makes their selection. The team who was passed over can then make their pick immediately whenever they return.
Each pick must include the player's name, their "resume", and why they are the best freakin' pick possible at that place in the draft for your team--a kickass pic or two helps as well usually. Some details may be left out so as not to give away a team's strategy or indirectly allude to who that team/user/owner may be considering with their next pick(s), but you get the point.
Trading can continue to occur pre-draft, during the actual draft, and once it's done. Once the draft is complete, there will be 24 more hours for post-draft trades before the playoff tournament ensues. The winner of each match in the tournament will be determined by the voting of Jazzfanz.
For any decisions that need to be made during the draft, I will communicate to spycam1 and hack to reach a ruling. Hopefully this doesn't come up.
We have about 17 hours and 45 minutes left for pre-draft trades. All pre-draft trades must be posted to the board here by 2:15 EST tomorrow. THERE WILL THEN BE A FOUR HOUR BUFFER FROM 2:15-6:15PM EST DURING WHICH TEAMS/USERS/OWNERS CAN VOTE ON PRE-DRAFT TRADES. It takes six NO votes to nix a trade. If there are no trades or all trades have already been voted on, we will start the draft immediately.

LOL. Funny, I was thinking that watching the video. I do have nice, young looking hands for a guy who turns 39 in a week and has done a decent amount of hard labor over the years, though not for a living or anything.
FWIW too, I would give the video a B-. I have high expectations and thought it could've been a lot funnier if better planned out. I had all 13 songs cued up in their right spots but beyond that, everything was off the cuff.
That's cool, maybe I'll pick the guy you want at #1 then we'll talk.

I think I was unconsciously doing a semi-Ron Burgundy voice, lol. And yes, since my return, I have tried to be a better and more productive poster. I'll still make harsh jokes or post a pron reference now and then, but generally speaking, I'm trying to make Jason proud for allowing me to return.
Does the No votes thing apply to post-draft trades as well?
