3 hours and 10 minutes until all trading is done. If no trades are in the buffer process at that time, the draft will begin--that is to say, if there a trade was finalized after 1pm est, we will give an extra four hours (til 6:15pest) for people to vote yes or no.

hopefully, we get enough yes's or no's by 2:15pm set though so we can just begin right away.

We probably should have done 36 hours for trading. It would have given people a 2nd evening if they were busy the 1st.

That would've essentially turned into 48 hours though as it would've been in the wee hours. That said, there is trading DURING the draft too so it's not as if trading will cease.
