This video explains it perfectly. Allah has used light and guided it to make us how we are made today, stars, planets, you and I are all condensed light beams which Allah guided in a certain way making it so that we can exist by putting the earth in the distance from the sun etc.
If anyone wants to discuss religion with me you can send me a private message. Isaac Newton said that Science was his second favorite interest behind religion (he also believed in a Unitarian Christian view btw which is the closest religion to Islam i.e. Jesus is not god, there is no trinity etc) and I also share this view.
