Not the best comp yet, but some good numbers. If we can bring him over season after next for around 4-5 million I say do it. Insurance policy and cheaper just in case Millsap and/or Jefferson leave.

I think I value Tomic's potential more than most, but since we already have Kanter/Favors on the roster I don't care as much anymore. I doubt he'll ever be more NBA effective than those 2.

Tomic just doesn't have the physicality to be anything more than a bench player. Maybe he'd have some value to a team like GS, New York or Phoenix. He'll never see the floor in a Jazz uniform.

The problem with Tomic is he's already like 24 or 25 and has shown no desire to come over at all. Maybe a lot of money would change his mind, but the Jazz can't offer all that much. Its time to shop his rights to a team that need a center and have a lot of cap room. Cleveland maybe?

This is interesting and appreciated, but yeah, not likely we see him in the NBA, and even less likely we see him on the Jazz.

But count me in as someone intrigued by him coming off the bench with Also Jefferson out of the picture. But really only under that circumstance.
