Anti-vaccination movement is dealt a loss in court.

Because our society is clearly at that level.

To which level do you refer? Isn't part of the point how badly public education works? If you remove it, all those badly educated parents will be responsible for educatiing their children.

Our society in general is the society that exsisted during the middle ages. We are all poor farmers with no education.

Swat teams continue to raid raw milk and cheese distributors, as well as organic farmers. Are they afraid of something maybe?

Yes. They are afraid of the diseases that were much more prevalent when milk was primarilhy sold "raw" (aka unpasteurized).

Is there any late/post-industrial society that relies primarily on private education? What makes you think the two are compatible?

I wasn't agreeing with Gameface that eduction should be purely local private based entities. I am just saying your arguement is stupid. That's all. I like a mix of private and government in education.

Perhaps I stated it badly. My argument is that we left behind a Middle-Ages view of education because it wasn't sufficiwent to cope with the needs of an industrial society, and going back to one would result in an insufficienteducaitonal system.

I think going to a purely private system would indeed be the wrong move. I do however favor more private involvement. It needs to be a mix of government and private involvement.

I swear to God, I go back and read half of my posts and realize I have some sort of grammatical butcher job in them and need to edit. Some English teacher.

I constantly make errors in arithmetic while teaching. You get used to it.

Ah I see.
This would most definitely be the reason you send a SWAT team.

Next time, they should just send Seal Team 6 and call it a day.

Well I suppose this would explain our countries superiority in the educational system.
Na, we'll just lower the grade and standard. It works perfectly.

I don't care if the reasons they use are wrong, I don't think a person should be forced to immunize their kids.

Why? There's a reason the immunizations were created in the first place. Being ignorant or believing one piss poor study is no reason to go against decades of scientific research. It's in the best interest of the child to be immunized, bottom line.
