What's your description for people sneaking onto priviate property and destroying it in order to make a politcal point?
You and I agree on general principals, yes. When we get into specifics is where we fiercely diasgree lol.

If they leave that private property with anything on it what would you call it? I call that burglary. The motivation is irrelevant.

True you did but you never mentioned where they destroy it. If some jackwagon comes onto my property adn destroys soemthing and walks to the sidewalk with a piece of it in his hands I am pressing burglary charges as well as tresspassing and vandalism.
On a side note did you read about the couple that had liek 4-6 of their Obama 2012 signs destroyed? They finally got so fed up they placed a camcorder int heir window that was trained ont he sign. Turns out a deer was coming onto their property and eating the sign. Made me laugh because the story built it up like it was some menacing right wing nut.
