For example, say the Jazz win the lottery, draft Nerlens Noel, and trade him for Trey Burke and Otto Porter? Do the people who picked Noel win? Or do the people who picked Burke and Porter win? Or are we only going with the actual pick, and not draft day trades?

The winner gets this:

All contestants rep the winner. Anyone that doesn't rep the winner gets hella negged.

In the case of a tie, I don't think PKM had stipulated, but I'd propose a "Co-Winner" title.
