Green, didn't you make a topic about moving to the Pac NW like a year ago? Just curious why you are moving from there so quickly.

Came here and conquered.
No, we love it here. Love the job here. Love the people we work with. The people who own the home we are renting are wanting to sell, and we stumbled upon this opening in St. George and we had a chance to move a little closer to home. We spent the last year paying down debt and we can afford to make less.
So we took the sunny weather and pool. It's just something we fell into. Not planned at all.
