It's exactly what it needs. More people who hold everybody accountable and not just one player.

Every player is to blame for these collapses. Some more than others sometimes, but you win as a team and lose as a team.

Quin has built this whole concept offensively and defensively around Rudy - so saying he's not part of the issue sometimes is just ridiculous.

I watched the replay a bit.

-the lineup of mike, rudy, jc, Juancho and house increased the lead to 16 with 7.28mins left. this was when dm and Royce went to the bench

- house defense on klay was legit but when he and Juancho went back to the bench, klay immediately hits 4 consecutive 3pt shots.

- then successive turnovers by bogey, Royce and dm who just came in. then Jordan Poole dagger 3.

-then death by mental
 
By building big leads deep in the 4th quarter we continue to prove that we are one of the most talented teams in the NBA. By contually collapsing and losing games we prove that we are the weakest team mentally in the NBA.

It's just cruelty to us fans. If we weren't talented there would be less expectations. Without the expectations, there would be less disappointment.

It’s stuff like that that ruins trust. And Rudy is then expected to bail Don out when his man blows past him defensively? You’ve gotta make the right play. The right play is to dump it down inside. If Rudy can’t finish, that’s on him. You can’t control what Rudy does. But you need to make the right play.

Andy Larson with an excellent article there detailing our psychological woes along with the analysis and drama behind it! He should stick to this and quit the goading of players on Twitter. Though he doesn’t mention it, his twitter negativity is also possibly a contributory factor.
