Also I don't mean this in a racist way at all but why do black people get tattoos? If they are just using dark ink they are really hard to see. You would have to get up really close to even see what the tattoo even is.

It seems like only white people use colored ink whereas black people should be the ones using it more.

I was told once, by a black guy with tattoos, that they use just as much color it just doesn't stand out.

White ink doesn't look good on dark skin. Or light skin. It's best suited for shading and highlights.

you cant really see color on black skin. think of drawing with colored pens on a black piece of paper, you're not really gonna see any of it.
