Royce and Ingles refusing to shoot open threes and play average defense on Murray lost us this game, so you’re probably right.

Again, this feels like the OKC game 5 where Mitchell left and said, "See y'all next season."

We have to stop taking the ball out of his hands. Denver won because they let Murray play free while we sat Don to end the 3rd. We should have matched them in that moment. Kill their spirit.

Neither of them should have been in the game. Morgan should have been playing.

I'd feel more confident if this was an actual home game and not essentially a neutral site game. Utah has been here before, absolutely, including the last time they beat Denver in the playoffs (lost game five in Denver, closed it out at home) but that was with a strong home court advantage that just isn't there.

Odds are still in their favor they win one of the next two but if they lose Thursday, well ... I suspect they lose the series.

Lots of film tomorrow morning. We will look at Denver's trapping the pick n' roll and come out ready the next game. We will have to outscore them because we don't have an answer for Murray.
