Balsa Would Not (Trade for Cash Considerations)

Not quite sure why sample size would be small. Aren't they more than halfway through? Or has he had injuries? Does this sample size include all leagues play or just Euroleague?
Well his splits this season are 56/43/86. Sample size is still very small, and last year he shot 38/27/70.

If he's even half a Fontecchio in two years, might be a useful, cheap, end-of-bench player.

He's been riding some pine with Real Madrid. Trey Lyles is one of his Real Madrid teammates.
 
Do we have any more of these types of rights left (with guys stashed overseas who are unlikely to ever sniff the NBA -- guess we still have that Italian dude whose name I'm forgetting now, but has he graduated into the unlikely to ever sniff the NBA category?)? These kind of rights are mostly useful to help grease certain trades. Was OKC low on their stash?
Keith Smith seems to indicate (starting about 17:10 into the podcast), that it was because the OKC cupboard was getting bare.
