Anyone here have any substantial experience in the restaurant business? I have an awesome location for something like a Buffalo Wild Wings (or whatever), but I know better than to start a business in an industry I know nothing about. Thinking about a brewpub, maybe.

I actually don't want a B-dubs .. I like the idea of a micro-brew/pub.. My buddy just bought the Zion Canyon Brewery .. so I could see that as a possibility.

Not sure I could get that to pass here in St. George. Also, my location is almost all glass .. too many window shoppers.

Didn't read anything past your OP. If you want to rake in a killing then put up $6mm for a Texas Roadhorse in Spanish Fork. You could afford to blow all your winnings on this brewfudge fantasy & still come out a head.

This is the way to go. Then, just class it up a bit by making it the home for all things Utes in the STG and you're good to go.
