I still can't figure why they traded for him??

Similarly, Why did they hire Jason Kidd? When Kidd was out the team had a winning record. Kidd is in, they have a losing record.

Also, why did they pay millions for Monroe, when the could have kept Zaza Puchellia for less and gotten better results.

Jazz and bucks organizations are similar, neither has much room for error. Both have made errors, thankfully the Jazz seem to get more things right than the Bucks.
