This part especially doesn't look good...
The amount of butt-hurt by the Warriors players and fans is kind of embarrassing though even if Dowsett was in the wrong.
I wondered why they even took notice, let alone respond. NBAPU should probably tell the players that they will be more marketable if they just shut up. Not many people relate to 20 year old, millionaire victims.
Interesting exchange. I definitely think that Dowsett is in the wrong for tweeting player interactions that are outside of the context of interviews. The lockerroom needs to be a safe place for players to wind down and talk s#!t if they want to.
I disagree that he should get his credentials removed. He is simply brushing up against a professional boundary that he must negotiate as a member of the press.
I think that the Warrior's tweets are far more embarrassing than Dowsett's. For them to even respond to a blogger of Dowsett's reach is beneath players that are supposed to be above such frays because of their stature in the sport. I think their responses betray their embarrassment about what Ben was reporting on, which does communicate a significant level of disrespect for the Jazz. If they wanted to refute him, they would have fared much better by simply ignoring him.
