Simmons started practicing 5 on 0 in January of last year. Philly could have had him playing by March if they wanted. They chose to have him red shirt the entire season. Practicing with an NBA team for months before ever playing a game was a huge advantage for Simmons.

Agreed. That would be a travesty. Not sure how you can beatdown the Warriors twice and not figure out that the common denominator is Gobert’s defense and Donovan’s offense. Gotta count for something.
