Gob means gobble up, swallow up but also grab all.

Blocks rhymes with Jacques. Cousteau is the best French person. Rudy is French. Rudy blocks shots.

Not gonna say my nickname for Rudy is the best. It is much better than most of the ones used tho.. I've given out a few nicknames in my day that've stuck too.
I respect that Rudy doesn't like a name that paints him as a frenchman, his nickname should be based on how he plays, his merit on the court, not something territorial...
