They didn't what?
They didn’t wrap things up in season one.

Yeah but we knew who the killer was by the end of season 1.They didn’t wrap things up in season one.

I honestly forget if that is accurate. I don’t think it is.
Im in the same boat and I'm assuming it's the latter.Anyone watched "The kingdom" series? It has good ratings but I watched one episode and can't say I got hooked on it. Does it get better further on or the ratings are inflated by zombies fans?
Ozark is boring to me. Is it just the standard "family gets in over their head with illegal **** and stuff gets progressively more high stakes/crazy"? I only watched Season 1 and am not very motivated to start Season 2.
This is how I felt. Bateman was great in it. He had 3-4 monologues that were Spacey-esque. Part of it is what you said. We’ve seen this before. Part of it is also that they’re not very likable. They’re not unlikable but there’s no emotional attachment to them and it’s not as if they reek of redeemable qualities. I think another big issue like many good vs. evil tales that fail is the antagonist. Isn’t that why people loved The Dark Knight? Why we love The Silence of the Lambs? Sorry but the backass hick older couple just don’t do it for me.
I literally came to this thread to ask this. Like, I'm interested, because feudal Korea is a really interesting time, and visually stunning, and adding zombies in to that seems... interesting.Anyone watched "The kingdom" series?
