Hmm... it'd be more interesting to see a video of Karl Malone's workouts.
I bet there weren't a lot of smiles in the muggy old barn...
Malone comparison eh?
k.

I recognize that it took awhile for Al to fit in on the court, the offense tended to stop when the ball was pased to him. I do wonder though how much of that though (?) was the offense not being executed correctly? I wonder how much of that was due to the issues off the court that lead to Sloan retiring and Deron being traded?
I don't think "Diana" understands the point that she's making here.
And of the things that are easiest to blow smoke about, "working out hard" is really high on the list for someone that's not clearly in terrible shape. We hear this every offseason about almost every player. In fact, we heard it a lot last year about Jefferson as well.
This is going to be a long stoppage of hoops and it's mind-numbing. So I like anything that crops up that we can all chew on, but only results will tell us anything about what he's doing right now. Particularly how he plays and produces in transition.
While Derrick Favors is one of the most powerful athletes P3 has tested and trained, his lack of hip mobility/stability and his quad dominant movement patterns limit his ability to explosively apply force into the ground in multiple planes, decelerate, set up positive ground angles and change direction...This complex addressed these issues, specifically in the lateral plane...
Dont get rid of him, he will be a great post teacher to Kanter and Favors.
^^Well said Jazzman. People are in love with the new thing and the new thing is Favors and Kanter. Thats why Im soo glad 90% of the people on here dont run the Jazz organization
Al Jefferson is a beast. He is one of the most dominant lowpost scorers in the game today and he seems to be legit in his desire to become a more well-rounded, team player. Why so many Jazz fans want to put him on the first plane out of town is another example of just how dumb Utah's fanbase is.
