Big Media: why they all sound the same

If you look at the media outlets represented by the "big 6" you can see that they are overwhelmingly liberal. When you have an audience that starts at a young age watching this type of broadcasting as "entertainment" it's no wonder that they end up being a little left of loony as they grow up. I've said it before but it bears repeating... today's youth and the majority voting block of young adults have been indoctrinated into thinking they are open minded and progressive when in reality you have been brainwashed. This should piss you off and cause you to rethink your beliefs.

What you have to say here seems very true.
At the same time, doesn't it seem obvious to everyone that all of these news outlets have the same agenda?
Of course youth today has been indoctrinated into believing in so-called "progressive" thinking.

The elite want the people to just hand themselves over to the system, and the system will promise them food and water after the worst is over.
They also teach this through the public school system, through horrible TV entertainment, and of course through our ever so changing view of history as we knew it.

Bolded the best part of a great post.

I'll grant you Viacom, but the notions that GE (manufacturing giant), Disney (very traditional), Time Warner (Ted Turner's outfit), and CBS (old people's programming) are liberal is just nonesense. If they seem liberal to you, it's because you are so far to the right everything this side of WorldNetDaily does.

From that graphic I can see that Newscorp is the one that allows Republicans/Conservatives to have a voice. My guess is they did this because they saw a vast untapped audience that wasn't being served.

As a conservative woman I like to hear from other conservative women. I find them on Fox News. It ain't my fault the other networks cater to liberals, and all repeat the same DNC originated mantra, and haven't figured out that most of America gets sick of their bias. I guess their strategy to get around their drop in ratings and loss of influence to shape American political thought is to consolidate.

hilarious. Keep with the shtick.

GE owns MSNBC (one of the worst at having abias in my opinion). That does not support your theory. How close does GE control MSNBC?

MSNBC might spout off about some liberal sounding thing at times, but the majority of the time it is market-oriented "liberals" who see no problem with allying themselves to big business and deregulation. In other words, if that is "liberal" then it's really a sign of how far the left has moved to the center as well as how much you need to expand your imagination about what true leftist views are (they don't come from MSNBC).

The political elite swing pretty easily from party to party. They let the elected representatives do the pussycatting and giggle when we fall for the drama.

In this sense I am saying liberal bais in the fact that MSNBC seems to have a need to attack the right any chance they get.
