Bill and Jalen's Jazz Preview

Can't wait for this team to make everyone eat their ****.

Love these previews, but yeah the Jazz are going to be a lot better then Bill and Jalen are giving credit... They hardly discussed anything too.
 
Wish Lowe would get in on these videos. I love Bill and Jalen as personalities, but they can be clueless to some teams and players whereas Lowe always knows his **** on everyone/every team.

That was perhaps the WORST preview I have ever seen. It was maybe 3 mins of analysis and 13 mins of the two men flirting with each other and thinking they were funny.
 
This makes it easier to understand why the over under on wins is 23.5. From an outsider's perspective the Jazz are in even worse shape than last year. They suggested we should have kept Jefferson and Millsap and shipped Favors and Kanter. And I don't even think they said anything about Snyder (though Simmons did slam Corbin pretty hard). I wonder what they are thinking about the Jazz now that they have games to watch. My guess is they are still undervaluing the team, but they've got to be reevaluating a little bit.
 
I don't think bill and Jalen take themselves too seriously in these previews. They admitted that they had ranked the Suns 29th last year, and the Suns ended up being better than 13 eastern conference teams, and seven western teams. I think the Jazz are going to surprise and win about 40 games.
 
what in the hell was up with jalen and the bay? did he need it to beat bill away at times?

waaaaa waaaaa about Karl and Isaiah. get over it. that has nothing to do with this year. would love to see favors do that to Chris Paul.
 
We all know Bill Simmons is as unprofessional as they come. Before the lottery he was crushed when Utah won the roll off against Boston, and surely that reason was Exum. Not he's hating on him like the armchair homer he is.

- Elite speed for his size and the NBA

- Elite court vision and higher than average basketball IQ

- Better than advertised defense for his age

- Good kid that will work hard to improve

- Not as bad as advertised 3pt shooting (which he can improve on, imagine Spurs not picking Kawhi Leonard because he can't shoot the 3 ball).


I think he'll be an above average NBA player when it is all said and done. Whether or not he's an All Stars is another story all together though.

I'd be lying if I said I wasn't nervous about Exum. Exum is a potential pick, that means risk. We very well could get burned.

Well, ok, may be I took into account his performance during the SL as well for the passing & speed bit.
 
On Exum, We were looking for superstar talent, so might as well swing for the fences. Plus our international scouts had seen a lot of him.

This team only got better from last year. Don't know how people would think they got worse.
