I'd rank them:

1. Davis
2. Favors
3. Kanter
4. Biyombo

Honestly, I'd go with a Favors/Kanter combo. I was never very high on Biyombo, and he and Davis would be a little redundant on both ends of the floor. Favors and Kanter just compliment each other better. And while Davis/Biyombo would be better on defense, our combo will be very good defensively, as well. But I think Favors/Kanter wins on the offensive end. Overall, our twin towers seem like a more complete front line, IMO.

Lol, Biyambo might have one of the worst hands in the league from that Charlotte game I saw.

I don't think we've seen Kanter's full arsenal yet.

I'm gonna get absolutely F****d by PKM for saying this but Davis reminds me a lot of when John Wall was getting drafted. Wall was touted as a "once in a decade PG talent" that comes around once every 10 years (the previous one being Jason Kidd).

There's almost too much hype around this Davis kid that it's hard to imagine him ever living up to that lofty expectation.

The way Favors has developed I think he'll be every bit the defensive player, and think he'll be a better inside player on offense, while Davis is the better outside threat. This could be my fandom coming out, but I think I'm right. I gave a feeling the Bobcats are killing Biyombo's stock. He played much better earlier in the year, and has just gotten worse and worse as the year has gone on.

Biyombo has looked terrible the last couple of times I've seen him. Doesn't seem to have a clue what he's doing on the court, can't score, has some of the worst hands I've ever seen. He's an ok rebounder, not that great though. I just don't like him that much as a player.

Probably the same thing non-Jazz fans think about Kanter when they see him a few games out of the year.

**** you!!!! No seriously .. I was a bit hesitant of Wall's hyp coming into college and out of college. I do think he's a future top 3 .. but was more cautious than most. Davis on the other hand is unreal. Wall had potential, Davis has already broken the records and is on a wildly upward curve. That's not a UK thing .. Davis is just on another plane.

Now to the OP .. I'd take Favors/Kanter .. pretty much mirroring what spycam said in post #3.

I totally agree that Davis is on another level as Wall as far as prospects go.

Of course even to this day I would take JV over Kanter all day long.

WOW!!!!

WTF....

This is weird....

someone did the exact same topic I did...

Very similar title, just switched the order of people used...

Same Two sentences I used to the word. The only word he left out was the word "let's"

I swear on my ballsack (the most valuable thing I have) that it isn't me I don't even have a realgm account.

Haha weird.

I'm glad to see that other fans see the potential of Favors and Kanter. This guy basically wrote the same thing as me:

That's a tough call. Davis definitely has the potential to be the best of the bunch, but Biyombo is also pretty clearly the worst. They'd be insane on defense, but offensively is another story. Kanter and Favors seems like a duo that will fit together much better and compliment each other well. You really can't go wrong with either (well technically you can, since none of them have really proven anything at this level yet), but I'd probably rather have Kanter and Favors. I view Favors and Davis relatively similarly(edge to Davis), but I like Kanter a whole more than Biyombo(who I don't think will ever be true 30 mpg material on a good team).

Uh, no, he was not that highly touted.

I had to choose Favors and Kanter and it wasn't even close. At least with those two you know somewhat of what you have. I think Davis could be a very good player, but he still has to prove that to me at the NBA level. Biyombo is what we thought he was. Defensive big with little to add offensively. I realize he is still young but Al put an absolute clinic on versus him when they played. Biyombo was jumping at every fake performed and Al took advantage of his aggressiveness rather easily. I guess we can revisit this topic down the road even if the Bobcats don't get Davis.
