They’re likely to match anything he signs, which ties the Jazz cap space up for a bit. Not a big deal if they’re playing in the margins, but kind of a big deal if they’re looking to add assets at the start of free agency by taking on bad salary.

I don't care about tying up cap space for 2 days, but if we offer 4/96 and they say ****it, we're stuck with a pretty bad contract. I don't want Reaves at 24/year.

Hey guys... remember when I did this to show how average Ochai's output was and to show why he wasn't untouchable and not a guy we should force into the starting lineup.

Anyway... while Ochai is my favorite Jazzman based on the survey done here earlier in the season.... I am pretty disappointed with him overall. If we had an opportunity to "sell high" on him last year we should have taken it. I don't believe we did so whatevs.
