Interesting that he was the backup to Kendal Marshall on that team.

One stat that is good to see from a young point guard is his assist to turnover ratio. In Garrett’s 117 minutes during summer league, he only had 7 turnovers

Like that. Even his TOs last night were more like he saw something open up on the court, tried to make the pass, but just barely didn't get it there. That still shows his court vision. Much better than somebody that's just overly sloppy with the ball or somebody that is too scared to try and make plays.
