Boozer on with Cowherd on Monday

Boring interview. Cowherd was more interested in what Kobe was like to hang out with, than what Boozers plans were. Not one mention of the Jazz, but I now know Kobe speaks to Pau in Spanish. Cowherd did the same thing to Drew Brees of the Saints. Asked about Brady, Manning, Romo, Farve, and Rodgers. Didn't ask about the Saints once. He's just a weird interviewer.

"Pau, por qué no me miras durante nuestras cópulas?" "Me pones muy triste. :(((("

Your trying to get yourself a raise at your job is pretty gross. And I am pretty pro-MrBlue.

You have to understand that all of this self-plugging in the media does NOT help him get a raise. The only thing he could do is play well and let his agent sell GM's on him. This makes him seem desperate.

Or he just likes to be interviewed by national media.

Hard to blame a guy that is doing all he can to make money. With Boozer it well come down to the money.

People that listen to sports radio for more than 'the drive home' really needs to take a step back and rethink their lives. Really? Why listen to speculation and conjecture all day/every day when most of it is just flat out wrong or made up? I mean... When Boozer was signed by the Jazz, I was flipping through the channels and landed on ESPN for a minute or two to check the dealings in the NBA and saw the headline "Boozer signs with Utah". I was shocked, to say the least. I turned on 1320 and was going to listen to details and all they had was pre-college football workouts on. I called them and told them what I saw on ESPN and they (the host) said that he was on ESPN.com and didn't see any of it. I told him to turn it on the TV... after the next break they 'broke the news' about the Boozer signing.

If they aren't even fully aware of their own team, why the hell are people even bothering to listen to them? It's nice to hear interviews, or talk about current new players, but really? Sports radio?? If you want to hear talk radio, turn on Phil Hendrie or something like that. People just waste time listening to sports radio. At least listening to Beck, Limbaugh, or Hannity you can get a laugh or two.

Re-think their lives because of sports radio?? Overstating it a bit dontcha think? If you need to feel superior and advise people to re-think their lives maybe you should start with local jails or rehab.

So, did Cowherd ask him anything substantial? Or did he just yack to Booze about LeBron and the ratings of the Finals.

Never has a man cared so much about ratings than Cowherd.

Actually, Cowherd generally likes both Utah and the Jazz.

I'd like to know how you get that from hearing him. Everything I've heard him say is that he likes big matchups and big market teams. He shows little patience or sympathy for small market teams and generally does not wish to see them in big games. He did nothing but bash my Saints (didn't belong there, would rather have seen Favre there, Manning should have won, blah blah blah) when they won it all, and he can hardly stop smoking Kobe and Lebron's poles.

Yeah he was horrible to the who dat nation during our run. But so was the NFL after the super bowl as well. Changing the OT rule after Favre didn't make it.
