What's new

Brad Miller

Miller's got bigger balls than Memo though. Bigger, more solid, balls. I'd take him over Ogur any day of the week.

Srsly, good thing we extended Okur last off-season. ****. If we didn't have him on our books right now, and could use that money toward signing someone else or extending him at half the cost.

Who cares where Brad Miller goes. Miller - 34 yrs old, 9 PPG, 5 REB, .04 BPG on 43% shooting. Okur - 31 yrs old, 13.5 PPG, 7 RPG, 1.1 BPG on 46% shooting.

How appropriate that a thread about 34-year-old Brad Miller is started by a JazzFan with a screen name of "NotDeadYet" . . .

Miller's minutes have gone done every year for several years in a row. He is clearly just a backup now. Memo's deal was pretty fair for what he was contributing at the time. He had a rough year last year but if he was a free agent averaging 17/7 shooting 44% from 3 & being a big guy, how much do you think he would get on the open market now? Jazz gave him one too many years, but with the Boozer situation being as uncertain as it was they had to have a big guy locked up.

Whether you like Okur more or Miller, I think we can agree having both would not make any sense. Give me Fesenko for 1 mil, and let's move on.

Remember, Okur also had an "off" year. Memo is >>>>>>>>>> Miller in terms of shooting. They're botjh cupcakes defensively, so no real difference there.
