Bryce Cotton Making Most of Opportunity

How old are you Mellow? You honestly don't know of God Shammgod? He's a God!

On another note, I love that Cotton is on this team for the example of his work ethic alone. I hope he does well, but I believe he could play an even bigger impact withhis influence on Exum. If a guy with Exum's level of physical gifts put in the work that Cotton is we'd be looking at a sure superstar.

Yeah, I just watched a 2012 interview with Shammgod during a reunion of his Elite 8 team, and he stated at that time that he was training Isaiah Thomas. So Shammgod is still very much respected, and he could easily carve out a notable career working with NBA players. He'll have another year to work with Kris Dunn now, as well as PC's other guards. But he wants into coaching itself now, and not just training guys. And I can't imagine many major programs who would not jump to have him on their staff. Quite a recruitment pitch for any targeted guards: "you'll be working with a guy who has one of the best handles ever seen". He's already had coaching offers from some schools, but has decided to enter graduate school to get an MA in Counseling. Pretty appropriate.

Hey Red, if I was you I'd delete that first link quick. The video is incredible but that catchy little tune playing in the background is likely to get you fracted.
 
There was a video of Cotton and Dunn working out with Shammgod that was just posted in the news forum. Those workouts look awesome. I've been a big Cotton fan for a few years (as a PC alum and follower of the team). He's legit and, by the end of this season, there will be no doubt that he's better than Trey.

Hopefully, the Jazz brass already sees this and is on their way to getting something decent back for Trey while they still can. Kris Dunn is also going to be awesome in the NBA. I know I'm being a PC homer, but I do believe in both of these players' NBA potential.

There are so many different opinions as to what God does or doesn't do. I'd rather stick to what I can see with my own two eyes and that's this:

God dribbles real, real good!
