LOL, I was trying to find a seinfield GIF to post on the no Plan is the Plan, but wasn't able to find something and got distracted. The No Plan is the Plan definitely reminds me of "the show about nothing."
I don't distrust everything DA says, and I'm not sure it's that confusing either. What he's said that actions have backed up is that:
- We went in to season 1 of the rebuild thinking we were really bad and then were better than expected so we had to trade players away to be bad get a better draft pick
- We went in to season 2 of the rebuild with the idea that we might be good enough to add a star, but we weren't that good and a star never became available so we had to trade players to be bad and keep our pick.
- (this can be believed or not) We will start the off season with the premise of being able to make the team better, but if that doesn't look promising by the draft/free agency we can pivot
Some of the nuanced stuff is confusing/doesn't make sense, but I believe these high level bullet points based on what has been said and then done.
