What's new

BUF/SD/LA CLIPPERS @ JAZZ, 2/13/17, 7pm MT, Game 56

I'm positive there was more than one time when he was met with resistance taking the shot for himself.

Of course it was one of the games where it seemed like the other team was three steps ahead in terms of defending our passing lanes.

So any time you take a shot and someone is defending you it's an iso?

Early in the season, Utah had a losing streak where everybody blamed Exum.

Then they had a streak after Favors came back, and it was his fault for messing up our spacing.

So at this point, I think we all need to admit that Alec Burks is ruining our team. It's only fair.

He has a good first step, just not a great finisher.

Yeah, his first step is decent, but he doesnt seem to know what to do. He isnt great in traffic going up. He opts for the floaters. I thought the one time he pushed it in transition to try and get something at the rim it looked really good until the moment he went up. He has to be more forceful going to the rim and get stronger.

I envision a Jazz practice where Favors, Lyles, and Gobert sink these 8 foot floaters all day and the elation that they will score them in a game
