Bulls @ Jazz game thread; Rudy's revenge vs Pau

I had to follow the gamecast - will rep for a gif of Jingles pass to Hayward and Lyles celebratory bliss.
Did you get to see the neto to rudy alley oop dunk?

If not, it's somewhere in this thread

Leadership by gordon. After favors pased up th 18 footer late if 4rth, gordon told him he needs to take shot. Then favors hits out if the gates in ot.

My wife just asked me "how are you going to be able to get to sleep now?, you are too amped up."

What a win. About damn time the ball bounces the Jazz's way in a close game for once.

Neto was the man tonight. Wish the bench could have played worth a damn (Trey at least did in the first half I guess), but the starters earned their money. On a side note, I could watch that Ingles to Hayward play over and over again, just for the bench reactions alone. Everyone on the bench was into that one, and we got another patented Lyles flex/robot thingy.

Derek Rose took a bow at half court after his three. Did they show that on tv? He's shooting 6/19. He pretty much sucks in general now. But of course he makes that one. That was pretty poor defense there.

Did he? Ha, that makes this result more sweet. **** him.

2 monster plays of the game.

1. Chris Johnsons rebound on Hayward missed FT
2. Hayward's defense on butler knocking ball off Butler so Bulls did not get last shot in regulation

Yeah, Johnson pretty much redeemed his lousy streak of games with that hustle play.

Great game! Hayward with da marbles. Neto with the STFU about Teague game.

Only guy in the NBA that can stop jimmy butler is Derrick rose. Wonder how many trade rose and can the rise experiment end threads there would be on jazzfanz if he played for us.

Rudy's last 8 games. . . averaging a double / double

12.9 ppg, 12.6 rpg, 1.7 apg, 0.7 spg and 2.6 bpg before tonight, and he had 16 pts, 12 reb, 2 asst and a steal tonight.

That's a pretty solid stat line and a key reason for their recent success. Rudy is quietly putting up better offensive numbers than he gets credit for - double digits in 7 of the last 8 games, including games of 18, 17, 16 and 14(x2). If he keeps improving like he has been lately, it won't be a stretch for him to average 15/10 by the end of the year.

It's nice to have him healthy again.

Gobert, Favors, Hayward and Hood is solid. Getting something from Neto, Burke, Burks and Lyles is gravy.

You know what? I'm feeling so good now in just gonna start handing out likes.

You're welcome

LOL. Reading through the thread and I see you liking essentially every post. I was thinking I wanted one of whatever it is you are on tonight.

This was the first game of the season where I jazzgasmed.
