I'd say it's both (a PG who has the court vision/passing ability AND the desire to actually make the pass).

If you want Trey to stay affordable to the Jazz than you will hope you doesn't win the ROY. Because Damian Lillard won he will demand more money in free agency.
Tyreke Evans will demand more than he is worth because of this also. It ads hype to a player that I personally don't want. Our Fab 5 won't be affordable if he plays out of his mind his rookie year. I personally want to keep his minutes around 25-28 minutes a game. Keep him in check and don't let his ego get too big. Let Veteran fill the role.
I care more about long term effects than getting some attention to Utah which is better if we are under the radar anyways.
Chris Paul became too big too fast. I hope Burke goes through some growing pains his rookie year. And becomes much better his 3rd year in.
