What's new

Bye bye CJ and Raja

I still think he has something to offer. He could have helped us last night. The guy is athletic and has some talent. What's so hard about sitting him down and telling him not to chuck up fade awayers? Seriously, I don't get it. Does the coaching staff just let him guess what he is doing wrong? He sounds like a good guy who is willing to work

I think CJ will get offers and he will go be good somewhere. And I can see everyone around here saying, Hey what gives?

CJ will be like how Wes Mathews or Lamar Odom was this year (ie. he'll play extra hard against us, then be his erratic, chucker-self the other 90% of the time)

Some people just don't have the Basketball IQ to learn how to change how they play. They've dominated at every level and think that they should play the same way in the NBA. CJ would have REALLY benefited from 2 years at a college program.

Yep; bottom line; CJ*is*very inconsistant in doing what coach tells him to do. Pity, as he has plenty of athletic skill, but is only semi-disciplined and just won't change...

I just have this sick feeling they are going to re-sign CJ. Just because he knows the system blah blah blah.

If CJ were a second or third year guy, it would be a completely different story.

He's been in the league for SEVEN ******* YEARS. If he was going to break out, he'd have done it by now.

Good riddance.

I think CJ is a guy like John Salmons. I think somewhere down the line when he is 27/28 he is going to have 1 or 2 good seasons (probably on a bad team), but then return to being really mediocre.

Not once during the series did I think "I wish we had CJ and/or Raja right now". I don't think it's much of a coincidence that the Jazz went on a run when CJ went out of the lineup. Their propensity for consistently doing stupid **** dropped at the same time. He may be among the dumbest players in the league, doe.
