For the life of me I don't see how anyone could be ok with that call. It's essentially telling your defense, who was playing lights out, that you have no faith in them.

So the other 51 weeks were meaningless? I just let you, Thriller, Colton, and Conan spout off during The Week. It doesn't mean I wasn't involved, just that I knew what would happen. I even called it when I said that the Utes would win and Thriller would go all "you guys are good and we aren't" because it happens every year. And if talking trash means writing "Yewt" and "Little Brother", then I'm glad that I didn't participate in the "trash talk". Trout didn't exactly burn the board down (he was busy with his lawn "Y") with trash talk but there was not doubt where he stood. He and I have a running bet each year and if one of us is silent the week before, it doesn't mean that we have no faith, but that we'll let the game talk for itself. But please keep on with your oh so scalding "Yewt" trash talk. That really hurts. Ouch. No really. Keep on with it.

In defense, you do realize how boring this board would be if people didn't get involved and talked trash during rivalry week, right?

I mean, come on!!! The board is practically dead as it is.

Even the head coaches get involved.. Whitt was talking about playing on Sunday and if the game would have been postponed for Monday... The first words out of Bronco's mouth after that Boise St. embarrassment were, "I'd like to thank the Boise fans here, they were great..." A nice lil swipe at little brother fan in suspenders.

I fully intend on talking trash next year. I expect BYU fans to bring up some championship they won before I was even born. I fully expect little brother fans to bring up 54-10, The Fiesta Bowl, Pac-12, bla bla bla...And I fully expect Doman's offense to look like garbage and let me down. I fully expect Whitt to once again dominate Bronco, as he has done his entire career, and for little brother fans to rush the field making complete morons out of themselves.. As they always have done.... I just hope they do so without causing penalties or being posterized on youtube after being stared down by Bronco.
 
So far only one person has PM'd me their info, and Sunday is the cutoff. I ain't paying if I don't get an address to send it to, Jackholes.

I figured since we have double or nothing on how many wins the Utes end up with, we'll wait a bit before I collect. But if Utah wins their next 2 games, you're likely in double trouble.
 
I am not going to get into who is better but Utah won the game BYU had their chances and they blew it. Besides not wanting to go through 40+ pages of ranting between BYU/Utah fans who think the world evolves around this game. Personally, I think the Utah loss and the BSU loss are the coaches fault for starting Nelson. The guy is tough but he sucks throwing the ball.

I am still confused about Bronco's decision to go for two at (BSU). Your defense has shut down a pathetic BSU offense all game. BSU has passed up several opportunities to even try a field goal and you decided to put the whole game into one play. Kick the extra point and I think your chances are better to win in OT.
 
I hope Bronco has the courage to go with the young kid and not go back to Nelson because BYU has little chance of having a decent season if they stick with Nelson.

Like I said, I can see an argument the other way. I mean comon if he makes it no one says a thing. But he didn't and that's ultimately on Bronco. Even if he had faith in Hill he probably should've gone for OT just because Doman's call on the 2-point call was most likely to suck.

To me, Bronco's decision showed how little faith he had in his offense.
