BYU had an amazing run of being the best in-state team. During their reign, they went to the Sweet 16. Once. IMO that matches up very well with Utah's previous run of multiple Sweet 16's, a Great 8, Final 4, and an appearance in the championship game.
All joking aside, Dave Rose is a great coach that does a great job with that program. Just glad Utah finally has a coach that can get the job done.

We are an NCAA tourney caliber team, no doubt.

I live in Ogden. Had to work some OT today and sadly missed the game. But your point is well taken. Utah Bball is back and fans better get their asses in the seats!

Sucks you couldn't come, let me know if you ever plan on coming to a game and I'll come say hi. I've gone to all but one and shouldnt miss more than one more the rest of the way.
It's still not where it needs to be, but the crowd has been noticeably better this year, and we have a legit team so we have serious momentum.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say you don't know **** about this years team, haven't been to a game, and have watched maybe one or two games all year (if any).
"Still could be a brutal season" STFU with that negativity when we're 9-1 and just absolutely destroyed byu.

Loveridge is bawse (ugli *** shot doe) and the center is much better than I thought he would be from just looking at him (big goofy lookin dude can ball)
I also liked the little albino freshman guard that came off the bench for the utes.

One thing that probably not many people know is that byu has ZERO SENIORS ON THIER ENTIRE ROSTER.
How wierd is that?.... I bet that has never been the case for any in state team ever

What I really liked about Utah is that they don't appear to have anyone that is overly selfish. Seriously great ball movement on that team. And your big guy depth is a lot better than I was thinking. They are big and decently skilled.
