There will be a snake draft where we each draft players, yeah? That's your team. Then, each week, your team will be matched up against another team in the league. During the week, the stats that the players on your team generate in real life will be added up to your team total for each statistical category (points, rebounds, assists, blocks, steals, FG%, FT%, and 3 pointers made).

So...let's say me and UGLI are matched up. Let's say my team, for that week, scored 1000 points, 500 rebounds, 400 assists. UGLI scored 900 points, 600 rebounds, 300 assists. That means that I won 2 of those 3 categories, yes? So my record for that week would be 2-1 and UGLI's would be 1-2. Only, we'd actually be doing 8 categories, not 3. But you get the idea. Then, the teams with the best records by the end of the season go to the playoffs and...yeah.

If that is the requirement to get in then I am not interested. I'm sure your twisted mind would come up with something that I wouldn't be proud of. In fact, I'm sure that is all you could come up with.
 
All this talk about rotisserie is making me hungry.

I don't want to wade thru another 10 pages. Has Cousins been traded to the Jazz yet?

Cool. Why didn't UGLI just say this? I bet he's trying to confuse me to increase his odds at winning.

Trade went through, but Boogie failed the physical. Greggy Boy is getting three mill as compensation, just as he had planned. Sac gets to Keep Kanter and our GS pick, though.
 
Speaking of 10 pages, only 10 more to go. This thread is turning into a behemoth.

I think the cousins deal goes down saturday.

That would be close to true if the trade were the Spurs .. or Portland.
 
Sorry boys just got off a burn shift at work, I'll bring what ever, Cupcakes, Pies (flavors would be helpful on these). I already play in 3 different ESPN fantasy basketball leagues so I'm good there. I'm definitely in for this on cost also. $50 is a little steep if we have a bunch of guys that have never done this before. Maybe $25 with a 75/25 split for first and 2nd place?

*Also Ugli if we have a bunch of guys that haven't played before you might want to consider doing a points league. They are a lot simpler to understand scoring wise and don't take as much time when setting lineups. Just a thought, I'll play in any format you chose.
