I get where you're coming from, but just because you bet against your team doesn't mean you root against them. In fact, if you want your team to win more than you want money, that makes you a pretty badass fan, tbh.Nah. It's just gambling. It's not like you know the outcome. Hey I fully support "emotional hedging" ... where you bet against your team but hope they win. If you win, you're ecstatic. If you lose, you're sad, but at least you get money. Normally reserved for big games or series (like if the Jazz were in the finals)
