It doesn't set a good example if the starters can just turn up every night and be guaranteed big minutes whether they perform well or not.

I really hate watching Lyles play. How much better would we be DL had the foresight to sign a guy like James Johnson? That is the kind of player we need to play the 4. I really have no hope for Lyles. He is Boozer on defense and meh on offense.

Hill has 20. But no-one else in double figures.

However there's 5 guys that played 6 minutes or less tonight.

There is no harm in giving them more minutes when the game is not going there way.
