He is slow. He's a bit undersized. He lacks any athleticism.
He's polished. Has a big butt. High BB IQ.

He'll have a long and good career .. unworthy of where he'll get picked, though.

I've seen Sullinger play alot in person - I think he's a middle-class man's Kevin Love. Not the passer but polished and skilled low-post scorer with some range and a terrific rebounder but at the same time a below the rim player who will never be more than average at the defensive end. Like Love, the thing you notice more when you watch Sully play live is his innate ability to read where rebounds come off the rim, as well as terrific hands. Won't be quite the scorer or rebounder Love is, but will still do both pretty efficiently. If you expect him to be a franchise player then you'll be disappointed - if you want him to fill a PF void and be a solid 2nd or 3rd option, then he's a great pick.
