Nevertheless, there is a small legal issue involved here about the site being sued by the NBA or whoever has the rights to broadcast the games/content. Actually by law, nobody can involve you personally in this matter. They can not even involve Jazzfanz.com by law. This is something that many sites are doing to try and get more money but it will never work because in actuality you are not violating any laws by sharing links on the internet. You are only violating if you are downloading the links. Because you can share links without downloading you are not violating any pirating laws, or copyrights. But if Jazzfanz.com issues infractions because of this, then they are the ones that are in violation of your right.
The community laws state:
"Although the administrators and moderators of JazzFanz Community will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this site, it is impossible for us to review all messages. You are not breaking any laws. An owner will have to officially post something if they want that rule to go into effect. And also send an individual message out to every member on this site. Post what you want, freedom of speech.
