Like cy said. They wont do a hayward trade cause he could just leave after this season.

Getting Butler would make Utah dark-horse contenders. I don't know how or if that's a thing, but god damn. Also, has anyone read about how the Bulls have been manipulating Butler behind the scenes over the years? Helps make very clear why he's so thorny and why they'd ever think of trading him. That organization is pure ****ing garbage.

Tom Thibodeau refused to follow through with the Bulls' threat and Butler emerged as the Most Improved Player in the NBA. Butler went on to sign a five-year, $95 million contract as a restricted free agent.

"Butler doesn't trust the front office because he feels like they were going to do this to him. And that's why there's always this animosity and that's why his name, even though I could never truly figure out where he's connected other than maybe the Boston rumor or the Minnesota rumor going back to last summer's draft."

Butler shared his mistrust of the Bulls with Dwyane Wade and that has spilled over to Fred Hoiberg as well.

I put together the exact package you guys have when talking about this with some friends.

Favors, Hood, Exum, multiple 1sts. Obviously big question is if Chicago would pull the trigger on that. That isn't a bad haul by any means but you'd have to imagine they would want HIGH-lottery picks. I don't think the Celtics even consider moving Brooklyn's pick this year.
 
After listening to a few different podcasts on the topic of the Bulls and Mr. Butler, the last thing we need is that guy on this team. While supremely talented, he's just not the right fit.
