Seems like Houston is trading money for a bunch of low contracts to include in the CP3 deal to make contracts work. So far they have gotten Tim Quarterman and DeANdre Liggins.

I don't think Boris is an asset. But he's a huge contract(compared to the others they are acquiring) that can be waived.

They have to get smaller deals or else they can't be aggregated. They are trading space for these guys which makes it possible. Only need 1.6 or so more and have the space to absorb.
