Former Jazzman Chris Johnson had a monster night last night with 28 points 11 rebounds and 4-6 from 3 in a DLeague playoff game last night vs. the LA Defenders. His team won in OT.

Props to Chris. I always liked him with the Jazz. He had every chance to stick and did his best, no doubt. Just not enough talent to stay. But he was almost the 3&D guy. No we have J'Ingles who is a true 3&D guy who also has filled in admirably at the point guard position! If it weren't for J'ingles, I bet CJ is still with us.

He was okay here... too much fouling and every time he shot I felt like it had zero chance to go in. I appreciated that he worked his *** off though and he's fast... looked like he was shot out of a cannon at times.

I wouldn't be shocked if he made a roster again... don't think it will be ours though.

He seems to be a 10 day contract guy. He's played for 4 NBA teams and had about 100 games with the Jazz.

Yup. The DLeague is filled with guys like him, Yatta Gaines, Othyus Jeffers.

I have. He's been a serviceable player for them who has hit timely three point shots for them. He also shoots at a decent clip.

Another big night by CJ. His team bounces the Coby Karl coached LA Defenders from the playoffs. Another huge night for Tyler Hansborogh as his team wins too.
