The Jazz won the game, so it doesn't matter, but did anyone else think that there was a clear path foul with 13.8 left when Harden fouled Burks on the break-away? I watched it again and all the defenders appear to be behind Burks...

I also just saw that Marvin may be out for tomorrow with an injury to his surgically repaired heel. I thought he looked a little hurt when he had a steal for a break away dunk...

Pics or it didn't happen.

I noticed him runnin a little funny at the end of the game too

I don't like the way that have that rule set up. It ought to just be "clear advantage", if a guy is fouling only because he is trying to stop a fast break. Too many fast breaks, one of the more exciting plays, are killed with these fouls.

From that angle looks more like a loose ball foul. he has to have complete possesion of the ball for it to be considerd clear path.

I did see that Marvin was kind of hobbling.

hmm. i watched it and he hadnt even taken a dribble yet.... i dont like the clear path call either. super unclear. just glad we got the win.

plus a dunk is much more exciting then a foul. i am kind of glad they didnt call it. it was a better way to end a game.

I thought the same.

You know your team is either really, really good or really, really bad when you're 20 games in before someone complains about the refereeing.

I dont know what you are talking about. Burks had clearly taken two dribbles when the foul was called, and there were free throws, not a dunk...

Good point Candy. I can make that lack disappear if you like. We have been really bad, if we were 14-4 there would be no lack of complaining.
