Clippers - Jazz trade idea

Millsap for Mo Williams, a future 1st round pick, and one of New Orleans' 2nd rounders from the Paul trade.
(Trade also works with Jefferson, but doubtful that Clips want to hamstring their cap with Jefferson's contract)

Williams returns to the Jazz where he should have stayed and can make Harris expendable. Utah also gets picks for the future.

Clippers need big men off the bench and Millsap can be the 6th man of the year on the Clippers.

This idiot post doesn't deserve a response!!

How bout DeAndre Jordan for Raja Bell why were at it? Man, I have a man crush on DJ and wish the Jazz would have gone for him.

More like Okur for Williams. Seems fair on both sides, then lets Utah move crappy Harris for cap space!! I'd say a draft pick but he was terrible last night!!!

I like this one and it works:

Good PG's in Harris, Williams, and Watson. He is getting paid 8.5 million this year, and has a player option for 8.5 million next year. Same as Harris next year. Which poses the question: would it be smart to spend 17 million on 2 slightly above average point guards?

When I clicked the link, it said the trade failed.

The Clippers matched a 10 million a year contract already. How much would you have offered and with Favors why would we spend over 10 million on a dunker.

That is assuming we want a guy that is on the decline and looked like one of the worst players in the league while with the Cavs.

Added Bonus - He's owed 17 million the next 2 seasons. Win!

Devin Harris will look worse in two years or less. That's kind of a tangent.
