Coach Snyder seems like he's really trying to protect Hayward from media

I saw this (link) in the Ogden paper after the Houston game. Seems like Snyder is trying to keep Hayward from going in the tank again. He knows the talk radio guys and other media people are ready to come down on him. IMO, Snyder is better (younger?) than Corbin at dealing with players.

“He’s just instilled confidence in me,” veteran Gordon Hayward said. “We’ve been leaning on each other out there on the court. He’s pretty knowledgeable at the end of the game. If I have a question or if I want to lead he lets me go to him and he lets me know what I should do and what I need to keep doing.”

Good find... Snyder seems to have really good communication skills. Think him and Gordo will do well together.
