Well…? Can he? He is shooting 57%.

Give it a rest. I’m on record saying he looks improved and more confident but let’s be honest he has obvious flaws, I saw them in just his college highlights and wanted no part of him on draft night with a top ten pick, there were obviously better options out there.

He isn’t an on ball guy. He can finish inside fairly well. Doesn’t shoot off the dribble and needs to be set up to get his. He’d be a nice 3 and D if he could shoot.
 
Jus let crazy how athletic Cody can look when he can actually get his center of gravity low on his handle.

I think the reason he didn't many minutes last night was because he was being very hesitant on his open 3s opportunities and the Spurs were just going to stick Wemby on him. Still has to take the shots with confidence if he is open and not try and force everything into a drive.

He needs to go to Finland and workout with Lauri/Key this summer.
 
Peyton Watson and Anthony Black are what we hope Cody will become one day. Both didn't really do much in their first two seasons so the hope is there.
