They're really not. They play with high energy and have a few good pieces, but are ranked appropriately.

Yeah, I don't think an uptempo team can beat UK. Arkansas matches up well size wise, but not style.

Arkansas's style is stupid. A team like WVU has to play that way out of necessity, Arkansas doesn't need to. Still would be easily dismantled anyway.
