College Basketball '14-15......

Everyone knows that UK is a tier above everyone else hell, probably two tiers. But aren't we allowed to be happy that our team might finally be worth a damn? Especially considering that we were legitimately the worst college Bball team in the country just a few years ago. Saying Utah (or any other team) is good =/= UK is less good. Enjoy the championship. I think we are allowed to enjoy beating the #8 team, who returned two all-americans, last year #1 seed in tourny, who hadn't lost a regular season game in two years.

Damn bro.. I congratulated y'all and even called myself a pro-Utes guy. I have also stated I would love to see the Utes make the tourney and return to relevancy.

No one was comparing Utes to UK that I saw..

I know UGLI quite well.. we have even worked together. Can't I rib a little?

I think at one point you said 'Tucky would beat Utah by 75, so yes, there was a comparison, all be it a tongue-in-cheek one. I really don't have a problem with your posts overall, but you do seem to come across as the guy sitting back saying "how cute" when other fans get excited about their college bball teams.

I say let us Ute fans run with these expectations. This team has 2 NBA prospects on the roster and an exciting blend of youth/experience/upside. Yeah, we're not Kentucky, but neither is any other program.

That Prince Ibeh free throw stroke would drive me nuts if he was on my team. Truly a sight to behold. Although he might be the most athletic big out there tonight so that kind of makes up for it.
