Misc observations:
1. All 9 have Simmons going #1. All 9 have Ingram going #2.
2. Assuming the Jazz do pick at 42, here's who the mocks have the Jazz selecting: (highest to lowest ranking above)
Zimmerman (1 mock)
Bentil (1 mock)
Uthoff (3 mocks)
Cordinier (2 mocks)
Gbinije (1 mock)
(only 8 of the mocks included the second round)
3. The winners of the "who knows" awards are these players:
Ellenson - as high as 9, as low as 21
Dejounte Murray - as high as 10, as low as 29
Beaskey - as high as 17, as low as 37
4. There are 21 players that ALL of the mocks have going in the first round (higher than the 1.0 version). The remaining 9 picks of the first round seem pretty up for grabs.

Ranking details: I used the following mock drafts as "voters" for the best players. That is, I assumed they ranked the players in the order that they felt like the players deserved to be drafted. (This is an incorrect assumption, because some mock drafts account for perceived team need, but it should be close.) Then I used the "instant run-off voting" algorithm in a program I wrote to deduce who deserved to be ranked in the top spot, then in the second spot, then in the third spot, and so forth. See here for details on that algorithm: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Instant-runoff_voting
